Abstract
This study investigates the differences in physical and psychological attributes between volleyball and football players at the state level. The research focused on three key parameters: speed, explosive leg strength, and sports aggression. One hundred male athletes from Delhi and the National Capital Region participated in the study. Statistical analysis revealed significant differences in speed and explosive leg strength between the two groups, while aggression levels showed no significant variation. These findings contribute to our understanding of sport specific athletic development and could inform training program design.
